software to morph cats facial structure

i dont want to morph 2 images, but take a static image of my cats face – and a video of my face with different facial expressions, and morph my mouth, checks, eyes, eyebrows onto his. i dont want to morph my exact mouth onto his, but take my mouth’s facial features, and make my cat look like he is talking
