    Hi folks. I have a question…
I have a path in a 3d comp and a figure made in illustrator.
The path goes to the z plane.
Is there some way to repeat the illustrator image on the path to make an infinite repetitions effect?
    Sorry for my english 😛

    This is true.

Would this be a good start?

you can definately do this with a particle generator, like particular (also from trapcode), where you could set you illustrator figure as a static particle and move the emitter along the path.
