So you want the object to rotate as it falls?
After you have your rigid body tag on the cube, select the cube in the object manager (top right) and now in the attribute manager (bottom right) you have a new tab “rigid body dynamic” you can set the mass so it is off balance and will rotate. generally wind will help this too.Personally I use cloth for most dynamics since it is more perdictible. there is a couple example files linked from here:

Animate the plane first then put it in the solver object. (same applies to cloth colliders)

Add the sea wont give you anything like that.
I would approach the foam with animated textures… displacement and bump with a wavy noise or something…mixed with visible lights and particles that get destroyed at the waterline….If you need more detail spheres from an emitter in a metaball would give you a fluid movement that you could try to have float along the surface would give you an nice effect too with a horrable render time…most likely too long and cpu intensive.
The best option is the dpit plug in…i recommend that for everything these days.

Align to spline tag works on cameras too. You get the tag by right clicking on the object you want to have the tag, its inside Cinema 4d tag: align to spline

make a new material, then load the image into the color channel in that material the apply it to the sphere.
(load an image into the color channel by opening the drop down menu an choosing “load image” or something similar)here is a tutorial

Then you need to use an object buffer instead.
Also in the composite tag and needs to be activted in the multi-pass./randy

To make the floor inviible place a compositing tag on it and in the atttributes turn off “seen by camera” and make sure receive shadow is checked on.
Then to render seperate use a multi-pass render with shadows checked. It will come with a white background so just multiply it over the rest.

My names might be slightly off since I am not infront of cinema:
-Add an aline to spline tag to the camera. (can be found by right clicking on your camera in the object manager)
-Click on the tag and drag your spline into the spline option.(Spline option in the tag can be found in the attribute manager)
-Animate by changing the % there. (Key frame by control -clicking the circle next to the percent sign.)If this doesnt help you try this tutorial. You can apply it to a camera just the same.
