animating camera oalong spline

Add the align to spline tag to your camera and animate the postion in the tag.

My names might be slightly off since I am not infront of cinema:
-Add an aline to spline tag to the camera. (can be found by right clicking on your camera in the object manager)
-Click on the tag and drag your spline into the spline option.(Spline option in the tag can be found in the attribute manager)
-Animate by changing the % there. (Key frame by control -clicking the circle next to the percent sign.)

If this doesnt help you try this tutorial. You can apply it to a camera just the same.
