Yeup I’ve noticed the truncation of 5D clips when using the Log & Transfer plugin

You could do this with with a replicator, but your project will take forever to render.

Even easier is to make a disk image of the card onto your hard drive.

I have worked on many Kona3 systems with many different configurations and I’ve nearly always had lipsync problems. Agreed, on export everything looks fine though. Have learnt to live with it and tell clients not to worry about it.
Try refreshing the output device as that seems to help.
Also we have had huge problems with the Kona card & animation codec movies locking up systems with the BBOD.

With the 5DtoFCP compressor presets, there are timelines supplied that will match the output of compressor perfectly.
Use the HD to SD version – I made it especially for converting finished 5D HD ProRes timelines into SD for broadcast use. Also make sure you are looking at an external monitor or have the canvas set to 100% otherwise you will not see the second field and the resolution will be halved
