I’ve never used it, but you could start off with the earthquake filter that is built into FCP in the distort section.

I’d be tempted to open the Mac up, give the internals a good hoover and make sure all the boards are seated correctly.

Have you got “Correct for Aspect ratio” togg;led on in the view menu.
I dont use 720, but you might like to go back into the presets to make sure all the settings are correct, then set that as the default.

Looks like a combination of using layers set to ‘darken’ and using the same text as an image mask.

Please make sure you are running the latest version of CoverFlux and the latest FxFactory.

You don’t need templates, After Effects or otherwise.

Just use the ‘Fade Words In” behavior in Motion
