A. What is your exact capture setting in lig and capture?
B. Check if you have turned OFF iLink conversion in the Deck. If its on then it outputs DV, even with HDV source.
9 out of 10 this is the problem with hdv capture -

You need 5 double frames every second.

Fcp audio filters are ancient. And they sound terrible.
Lets hope that fcp8 has full Audio unit support so we can use the great sounding and looking plugins available in logic and soundtrack pro. -
