Hey walter, do you have any experience with the HD-SDI card(not sure the part number) for that monitor? Trying to finish up my Kona2 suite and thinking about monitoring the HD for color correction.

even if the FCP is educational version? If so that if good, makes more sense.

not there, I see $499 for upgrade from production suite, thats not what I have, the production suite is when you buy it all at once, I bought them all seperate.

where do you see $500 for the suite? I own all apps as seperate purchases, not as a suite, and I own FCP as a educational version, looks like I can only buy FCP at full price and keep upgrading each app individually, which would be quite expensive, or just bail out of everything Ive purchased now, and buy the suite now….not really great paths for me….Ill do it, but there should be another way…

just read an old post, I knew I wasnt going nuts, it used to do this on FCP3 and earlier, its been that long since Ive mastered to DVCAM…..there is a program that Apple gives out for free, that will export it from Quicktime…thks for your help..

so there is no way to use the timecode from my timeline to match up? how do you when starting a program at 58:00:00, get the timecode to match your timeline for broadcast then…sorry its been a while since Ive mastered to DVCAM….

I assume you were trying to say “any” of the DVCPRO formats…so you could hook up a drive out in the field and record straight to it?
