[Jeremy Garchow] “Any plugins with KG in them?”
    Hi

Sounds pretty fundamental – back to that old Macromedia KG code 🙁

    Hi
Here’s a mount procedure that is needed with some LaCie USB drives:
Disconnect USB2.0 cable & drive PSU from mains.
Connect to mains and power up unit using blue button.
Wait for blue lamp to stop flashing.
With computer running connect USB cable to computer’s USB socket.

    Hi
I hope that the way Final Cut Server works, on a low-level direct into OS X, rather than as an application in the Application folder, is an indicator of the future of FCS.
Taking its database needs from the OS, rather than hiding all the media metadata inside an ancient Project format…

    Hi
Its all part of the “bag of hurt” that Steve Jobs promised – the ” too complex” licensing (including for the DRM for HD displays…)
    DVI doesn’t pass muster… 🙁

    Some things you can google…
Some things you’ve just gotta ‘ask the experts”…

    Happy Christmas.
Keep telling it like it is. 🙂

    Hi
I always leave the Threshold setting at 0 – I take that to mean that all clicks/pops get flagged.
    Quote from the manual:
The Clicks and Pops Threshold slider uses an algorithm to detect transients that are clicks or pops. Moving the slider to the right results in fewer clicks or pops being detected.

    Hi
Don’t double-click it. Click it once to select it, then press Return to open it in the Viewer so you can tweak the Filter.
