24p to Digibeta can look awesome and certainly far more filmic than 60i Digibeta original. Now of course if the client says shoot Digibeta they will be not be fooled but if they say shoot something nice-looking and gives us the final version on Digibeta tape stock- you’ll be in business.

Slow and fast motion are definitely possible. Still up in the air which specific frame rates between 1 and 60 are supported and whether ramping is supported.
