Because the textures stick properly; but they’re offset/misaligned.

Tried the .tiff method, still not working. The differences in the color mapping are pretty drastic; what format were you working with when it was functioning properly? (left is the Maltanaan’s Tiff, which works, right is cinema)

I looked in my prefs and I don’t see any UV options. Maybe the UV direction isn’t facing right? I’m so confused.

Why don’t you do the whole parenting/dissolve infinite zoom?

I think videocopilot.net has something along those lines. Then you can scale animate 1k or 2k images, and dissolve them, which might complicate your project, but is much easier to work with. It makes much more sense and is much more efficient than zooming a 21k image. It’ll also save you plenty of render time.

Read the explanation of the hold keyframe. Then figure out which one you need. Lather, rinse, repeat.

1. What kind of look are you trying to achieve?
2. Make sure your keyframe interpolation/f-curves are up to snuff

‘I’m editing a film and in one shot that I have to use the clamp from a c-stand visible for about 2 seconds and then the camera pans away from it.’

If you use that track concept to apply a cleaned layer over the stand, you should be good. Just make sure you track something that is in the frame longer than the stand, perhaps the branches to the left. Make sense?
