Camera bounces in between keyframes! Why!!

What is the toggle hold keyframe and how do I use it?

each keyframe has super long handle bars that I don’t want. I have to go in and move them on every keyframe to make it stop bumping around.

Read the explanation of the hold keyframe. Then figure out which one you need. Lather, rinse, repeat.
