Automatic Duck Reserialization?

Anyone use automatic duck lately?

We are moving a seat, and we cannot find contact information to deserialize/reserialize. Has anyone had this happen to them yet? automaticduck.com seems to be down (well not down, just no links) and we’re trying to figure out how to reset reconfig.
