Thank you, but I have been on it for hours. I wished I had the link on this computer, but if anyone needs it, I will dig it up. The adobe website said to reinstall QT, when that didn’t work, it said to rename two permissions folders. I renamed them, and Premier started right up. I guess they were corrupted.

Maybe I should work for Adobe or start my own call center. Lord knows I have done enough of trouble shooting on a very expensive product.

Sorry about that Ty,

My TLM 103 is in my very small sound booth. I doubt I can use it in an open room because the mic is so sensitive. essentially I want to record a fan, if I can’t find a good loop, with either the RE20, Rode NTG2 shotgun or the TLM 103.

I was thinking of going the route of the shotgun mic, so I could have some distance from the source (fan) and not get the wind, I also have a dead cat.

I got the sony camera and ran a tape cleaner on it and I am still having the problems of lines and broken up video. The good thing is that I am getting all the sound now. Is there anything else I can do.

I tried the tape cleaner and there isn’t too much of a difference. I am going to have to get the sony camera.

Should I clean the sony camera head before I try to put in the tape?

I ran the registry cleaner, and it didn’t work. I can open all of the apps of the creative suite except premier CS4.

I need to capture and edit very soon.

Any other ideas?
