HELP! cs3 wii not open
I have cs3 installed on a sin xp machine and it willnot open. It starts up and then quits, I have tried a repair and fianlly a complete reinstall. I can open soundbooth, ae, etc, but can get premier to open.
it also will not run the updater.
G5, 1.7, 4MB RAM, 30″cine, G4, 1.6 2MB RAM, Mbox, Neumann TLM-103, FCP HD 5. Pro Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Reason 3.0, Macromedia Studio, ProAnimator, HVX200 with Firestore v4.0

It launches? How far? Do you see interface?
Premiere Pro is the only app that won’t launch?
I might try another uninstall, and then running a cleaner script before another reinstall:

There may be some piece of corrupt registry data in there…

I saw the specs in the first post and it appears that you are trying to use a G5 mac to run PPro. It will not run on a G5 as they don’t have intel CPUs. You need an Intel Chip based Mac to run PPro and it’s affiliate programs, like EncoreDVD.

I ran the registry cleaner, and it didn’t work. I can open all of the apps of the creative suite except premier CS4.
I need to capture and edit very soon.
Any other ideas?
