I remember running into this issue before earlier this year in Premiere Pro. I believe sometimes you will have to find a file within the timeline that caused this crash because for some weird reason a specific file that is placed in the timeline can cause crashes like this and once I removed it, it works better. However if its something you absolutely need for your timeline of your video, I would suggest converting that file to a more supported format for premiere pro if it has not already and then replace that corrupted file with the more supported file of the same thing and then try rendering it if it gives you a better result. Its pretty weird after installing the latest Adobe Premiere Pro version, it would force you to render with a CPU and the GPU is obviously so much better. I sometimes have a hard time keeping it at GPU acceleration on my Sony Vegas. I found this guide from the Adobe Website: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html

Sometimes even doing the geforce GPU setting on Windows does not always reflect on other applications apparently. Did you checked the rendering settings in Premiere Pro? Hope the link I gave you helped in some ways.

I will admit that I am not a Mac guy, I stick to Windows so I apologize for that. But I will say that the SSD Drive you should get should depending what you plan to use it for. I heard Crucial is a very good brand, Samsung and Western Digital are great brands for external SSD drives as well. Be sure to check the read/write specs to see if it meets your needs. I imagine X9 Pro has better specs than X9 for the obvious name but also need to consider what’s your budget and the pricing between them both.

I see X9 Pros going for between $220-$240 and X9 regulars around $130-180, so if you can save up a bit more money to get something better over time, i suggest the X9 Pro if you really need something faster and reliable I imagine.

Hopefully a Mac guy can add to this as well so it can help you even more on this.

Sheesh! 582GB?!! Thats more than a couple of my hard drives. So yeah if its at 6K quality, that is why it consumes that much storage. Not sure how long you recorded these footages but I would assume its several hours long right? My advice in this situation is maybe try using OBS to screencap the main video itself. If you wish to take only certain portions of it, record that portion on OBS and save that portion on your computer so you can use it for editing. Be aware the quality may lower from 6K to whatever is the best quality format for OBS.

For OBS format settings: Go to Settings -> Output and then check the recording box and set it to what you need.

And you can go to settings -> Video to set the resolution of the video you wish to record.

That would be my advice because to be honest, converting and compressing that video to make it smaller in size may still take a very long time. And the OBS method takes a lot less time depending on how much video footage you wish to record. Hope it helps! 🙂

You may need to clean the print head for it to print properly. And are you also having issues with the printer being recognized on your computer in order to print? If so, usually a printer driver will need to be downloaded and installed from the official Canon Printer website depending on the modile number.

Is the var anytime equals to the total time of an animation equals 2.28 or is it the time where the blinking animation will start? I suggest screenshotting some of the issues you are having with it so we can better understand how we can help you out on this. As Mads said, I have tried converting 720p to 1080p before and its true sometimes you do not notice it at all. Not sure if you have a 4K render setting on your Sony Vegas Pro right? But even so, I have done the 720 to 1080p rendering mainly so there is a 1080p option to view as when I upload it on YouTube. Scaling the video higher can help make it consider a 4K video too but it make make some parts of the video seem a bit pixelated. Converting video formats also can do it after doing it a few times. There are scale options for 1080p and 4K so people can have the options to view on any of the two they choose but I personally have not fully practiced on it yet so hope you find a way to make it work as you planned soon 🙂

Your Computer Specs is slightly higher than mines but it all depends if you have several other high RAM/CPU demanded apps running in the background alone. Have you tried running Sony Vegas and nothing else to see if that helps? It often does lag a bit whenever I play the preview, mostly affecting video but not much audio in comparison. If you also have a web browser like google chrome open, it could be a cause of lag too just because Chrome often takes a large CPU percentage to run and has many processes behind it. So try finding background apps you do not use and close them to see if it improves performance a bit more.

That is weird, sometimes this issue can happen depending on the SD Card you use on your Sony CAM, I know some cheap SD Cards tends to cut out audio in parts of the clips for me but if you used the SD Card for a long while and just now giving this issue, could be a sign of the SD Card wearing out a bit. Good to keep testing it to see if the problem continues or not. Best of luck!
