    Worse case, try uninstalling/reinstalling Premiere.

    You may find better results with down converting to DV in the camera while capturing.

    The least expensive A/D converter is ADS Tech Pyro A/V link…about $175.
    The pinnacle converters only do mpeg.

    April 16, 2007 at 11:04 am in reply to: Media Encoder to QT losing audio sync…

    Premiere lacks the ability (Sorenson Professional codec) to create decent QT movies for streaming. Sorenson Squeeze is the app for that. Also Premiere’s Mpeg 4 (H264) is not as good as QT Pro’s.
    Windows Media Video files can be fine.

    Did you choose a Matrox project preset when starting a new project? Not the old default DV-NTSC preset??

    I can give you my key info if that will help (can you edit the registry?).
    Name= (Default)
    Type= REG_SZ
    Data= DV-NTSC\Standard 48kHz.prpreset

    Another option would be to do a System Restore to a point when things were OK.

    The Project Manager can do this for you providing you are done editing those large clips.

    Did you create the lower 3rd in Pro 2.0? If not, what field order did you export it as? DV is lower field first and the default field order for Mpeg 2 DVD in the Media Encoder is also lower.
    Are your colors safe?
    A picture might tell a few words.

    Sorry, no presets or templates to help just a couple of suggestions;
    1. Both your ideas can be created in the titler or Photoshop.
    2. The flashing red light is going to be a separate title with opacity keyframes…make about 10 on/off cycles and then just overlay additional copies (copy/paste) for the length needed.
    3. Add the Timecode effect to a transparent video clip and overlay that over your LCD title for more realism.
    4. Dont forget to export your titles and save them for future use.
