field order problems in Premiere
I am having an issue where when I render out my project wherever there is an animated lower 3rd banner my video becomes flickery and uneven. It looks like a field order problem but I can’t seem to find where. I am rendering as an mpeg 2. Is there anyone who can help with this problem?

Did you create the lower 3rd in Pro 2.0? If not, what field order did you export it as? DV is lower field first and the default field order for Mpeg 2 DVD in the Media Encoder is also lower.
