With the shots you’re working with, I’m not sure you can get a much better morph without a massive amount of work.
For smooth morphs, you want recognizable parts to be near each other (shoulder, ear, etc.), but the parts are so very different and so very far apart from each other, that I would say it is pretty impressive that you’ve gotten to your current result as it is.
What you could do is take each part of the body and morph it individually. That is to say, morph the hair by itself, the main body by itself, the parts of the head by themselves, etc.
First thing to do would make the hair grow out from short guy hair to long girl hair. That will really help sell it.– The Great Szalam

That is usually done by rotoscoping. That is, cutting the person out via masks. There are many ways to make it easier than animating frame by frame.
