<p>&#8211;</p>
<p>What I&#8217;ve done, but I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s optimal, is to change the color of the mesh. This solved the problem quite a bit, but I imagine there must be another way. Thanks a million, always.</p>

I think I’ll keep using Zbrush at least for this, since there it literally extracts the texture and applies it to lowpoly without damaging almost anything on the texture.
