Hello again, I’m using Cinema 4D version R25, and I’m painting the weight of the sjoints, to be affected with different strength, but the whole scene comes out very dark, and I would like to see what I’m painting on the arm, I ask, is there a way to clarify the mesh so I know where I’m painting and not lose me please? I’ll leave a photo…thank you and blessings

    Hi Mauricio,

Although the model is dark, it shows lines (albeit slightly faded) that show the details of the mesh. However, this is not how it is supposed to look when coloring the weight. I don’t know if it is like this for you in all models or only with this one. If this only happened to you after moving to the new version, there may be a feature activated somewhere that makes the display like this.

Honestly, it happens to me on all of them… in fact, I’m on the third one and it shows dark, could I change the color of the mesh better?

What I’ve done, but I don’t think it’s optimal, is to change the color of the mesh. This solved the problem quite a bit, but I imagine there must be another way. Thanks a million, always.

You’re welcome, Mauricio! So your mesh color was dark, that’s why I said it wasn’t supposed to look like that because other colors are more common and easier to work with, but honestly I don’t know if there’s another way to radically overcome this.
