If you have Boris Red or Avid FX there is a preset that is very similar to what you are looking for.
In the library browser go to the Red keyframe library> transitions> DVE transitions> Page turns
Check out the preset 2 better than 1.

Well right after I posted I found MXF was introduced with Xpress DV 4.5
Sorry.

Also make sure you transcode to OMF media, I don’t believe Xpress DV can work in MXF.

What OS are you running and what is your processor speed?

When you say it doesn’t play what do you mean? Is it just a still frame?

What driver version are you running for the graphics card?

Yes I did, sorry.
I am able to import and cut the video into a project.
Make sure on the import screen you change files of type to “all files”.
