    Mark, sorry for the delay.

    It’s a pretty reasonable request, I’m just not sure right now what an ETA would be or if it would be included on Red 4.

    I’ll keep you posted as soon as I hear something.

    Unfortunately for the time being you will have to convert MP4’s to another file type.

    The script sync page on their website does not list support for it and there does not appear to be an update for Italian, only French.

    Rafael is correct. you need to make sure you are on the latest update of FCP.

    were there changes to the machine like an OS upgrade?

    As far as the crashing could you send the crash log to the support e-mail, with a copy of the project and steps to reproduce the crash?

    Are you working on Snow Leopard?

    the plug-ins live in the Mac HD> Library> Plug-ins> FxPlug folder

    The other way I could think about doing it manually in Avid would be to cut 2 instances of the outgoing media over the incoming.

    Crop the outgoing so you have the left right or top bottom between the two layers. Then apply BCC Page Turn and set to your liking.

    Hope that makes sense.
