On iMac mid 2011.
I have a short duration (2min) sequence setup for preview files as ProRes HQ, 1280×720, 25p. The clips are all MXF from a Canon XF300. Some of the clips are green screen over a Premiere generated color matte.
When I export this sequence directly from the export window or by queuing to AME I see no problems exporting to any flavour of ProRes.
I went back and inserted some new Premiere generated color mattes and also had no problems during export.
Is there anything I can check for you?

I viewed your video and it appears fine to me. That is when I view the HD version that Vimeo created from your upload.

I was already in Creative Cloud with CS6.

I have no idea if this is the reason you are not seeing the CC apps but did you update your Adobe Application Manager to 7.0.0.324 ? That is the version number on my MAC

Without unlinking the audio from the video
COMMAND + D – applies default video transition
SHIFT + COMMAND + D – applies default audio transition

I have a XF100 and a 2011 iMac (3.4 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB).
I import the MXF files (once copied from CF Card) and use them in Premiere Pro CS6 without any problems.

Also not in front of my machine but what are you expecting Shift+Z to do in the default keyboard settings?
If the answer is Zoom then maybe you use the Final Cut keyboard in keyboard settings which may need to be selected again.
If the answer is something else then I’m stumped as well.

Are you able to post (on here, youtube, vimeo or other) a small export showing the problem you are describing.
