I’m not seeing it yet, here in LA.

I’ve got it all. Quick. No problems. Very fast installs. Everything launched and is ready to rock.

Mine still tells me that everything is up to date and lists all my files as CS6 (or earlier.) Did I need to download a separate set of program files?

I have no idea if this is the reason you are not seeing the CC apps but did you update your Adobe Application Manager to 7.0.0.324 ? That is the version number on my MAC

    EDIT – Ignore this

No. It updated to a version slightly past that. I upgraded from CS6; was I supposed to download a separate set CC files? I try to do that now from my online CC account and I get a low-level Access Denied page.

    I am not sure.

I was already in Creative Cloud with CS6.

Chris: Here are the steps recommended by staff on a thread on the Adobe forums (https://forums.adobe.com/message/5418644#5418644):

Please Quit your existing Adobe Application Manager and re-launch it. It will update itself to the new Creative Cloud application and then you will see the CC apps for download.

In case you are a new user, go to creative.adobe.com and try downloading the apps from there and it will in turn download the new Creative cloud installer and install the desired apps.

Install the all new CC apps and check if that works fine.

Also clear your browser history and cache to experience new interface of https://www.creative.adobe.com

I hope something in there helps…

Hey Mark, thanks for the quick reply. I’m already downloading. You’re advice is good except for one thing. I could not reload the Application Manager. I DID clear my cache, and then what I had to do was go back and install the Application manager from March, which once reinstalled, allowed me to install the newest Application Manager successfully. Otherwise, it kept trying to unpack the Application Manager, and then failed with a notice that had a link that, if followed, took me back to the same Application manager that I kept failing to upload. Apparently you need to go back to the March installer to break the cycle.
