do it all the time.
edit in original format (in my case all flavours of pal) with properties set to original material, then render out to whatever; ntsc, mp4, etc.,
have no idea how it will look working from a dvd, which is already compressed, just remember to use import function to bring it in.

do you happen to know what sort of difference i’d get in terms of, say percentage, i’d get going from 6600 to say 8500?
what i’m trying to find out is whether it’s worth it, because if it’s only a small increase in preview, then i can live with what i’ve got….

been doing it forever, with websites, manuals, additional photos, whatever. as he says.
a. make sure of your sizes!!!!
b. make sure you make people aware that there are ‘extras’.
c. i usually make a note in the opening dvd menu, and how to access them.

as i emailed you, i’m simply getting the fx choice box coming up when i drop it on a clip and no adjustment window for it…

if it’s a still why wouldn’t you do it in photoshop?
vegas is great, but it’s no match for what can be done in ps….

had it on since release. no problems at all, only put it on because my local nerd said it made xp faster. unfortunately, he was right as he usually is.
