i suggest contacting either a tv station or local international tv office (eg. abc) and asking where they get their equipment serviced.
is there no sony service center over there?

are any of the monitors you viewing on calibrated (incl. camera)?
sort of guessing game otherwise.

i would reiterate; close inspection of the camera for physical damage and a comprehensive run through of all electronic features.

i simply bought a hoodman and get the same benefits ????
if, (but i doubt it), i was to get another camera i’d certainly be looking at the z90. interestingly enough, i’ve been using my nex 7 as a b roll and it cuts seamlessly with my ex1. i’m so taken with it that i’m looking at buying a couple of primes for it.
