Hello everyone, I’m relatively new to Sony Vegas and was seeking some help. I understand all basic concepts so you can skip the small talk, i.e. keyframing, adding affects, tracks, and masking. However… I was wondering… with the sophistication of Vegas, is it possible to add affects to a certain color on a still image, I currently have a picture of a black spiderweb with a white background. I would like to add affects to the black spiderweb without masking every little bit of the spiderweb… please help?

What kind of “affects” are you speaking of ?

if it’s a still why wouldn’t you do it in photoshop?

vegas is great, but it’s no match for what can be done in ps….
