    Try the ConnectScript by GeeSpot. Iit works in most cases better than the inbuilt command.

    As long as each object have a singel texture tag it is perfect. If you objects have more than one material (using selection ei) you might
    try to Bake Object (Under Render options). That will also create a singel object, but with a new single material.

    PathDeformer and MSA you need to ask for new versions and serial numbers by their authors. Both are free updates.
    Axis Center is included in R10.
    Most 3rd party plugins running serials will need new licenses since R10 comes with a new core number by itself.

    Oh, if you have Mograph, there is the Extrude Deformer as well. It does the extrution “live”.

    Hi Rob. I don’t want to be rude in any way. But if you haven’t even made a spline (your line) in Cinema yet, I’m afraid -any- instructions for your complete animation will not help much.
    So.
    Make sure how to make a Spline in Cinema.
    Make sure how to use a SweepNURB, (and why, a spline is not rendered, you need the geometry the SweepNURB gives)
    Make sure how to add a Camera.
    And finaly, find out what the AlignToSpline Tag does.
    These are the steps and objects you need for your animation.
    Use them as described above:)

    Hi Make.
    You can take the a look at the SteadyCAM_FREE_EDITION for this if you like.
    dload it from:
    http://www.tcastudios.com ->SteadyCAMPRO link.
    Dload the expression plugin SteadyCAM_FE (item009 under SteadyCAMPROv2 examples)
    install it and dload the scene 010 and check.

    It should help you out.
    What I’ve done is put the spline in Slot C5 (so the camera follows the spline).
    Put the same spline in C6 and checked Link. This way the camera looks along the spline using the animation
    from C5 and C6 is used for offsetting the “LookAt” position along the spline.
    Finaly in the Trim Tag I raised tha Camera using the “Cam C5 Trim” option.

    In short. Trimming is just that, trimming. It is no camera term that I know of:)
    Basically you set for example two key frames, like panning between two figures.
    By default, that camera will look straight into the stomach (or more correctly, the center of the object).
    Without changing or adding any keyframes, you can now trim the aiming point for each pan position.
    You can have the same figure in T(arget)1 and T2 and “pan” the figure itself!
    T1 could be the eyes and T1 one of the hands. Oh, the other hand? Trim it!
