    Hello

I modeling some models for an Flight Sim Airport and have the folloing problem:
When i aligned the textures onto the models i used the “flat” projection method, because it was easier for me that way.
Now i want to use the connect function on the buildings, so that in the end i only have one objec per building. But as soon as i choose the Connect function, all texturealignments are totaly wrong.
Here a link to an example how i textured the object, for better understanding: https://www.drinkz.ch/fs/problem.jpg

Is there a way to ‘rescue’ me from doing the whole texture aligning again an the connected models or should i have used the UVW Tool from the beginning on?

    Thanks for Your help

Try the ConnectScript by GeeSpot. Iit works in most cases better than the inbuilt command.
It is to be found at his blog:
    https://iangorse.co.uk/blogs/index.php

    with instructions howto.

As long as each object have a singel texture tag it is perfect. If you objects have more than one material (using selection ei) you might
try to Bake Object (Under Render options). That will also create a singel object, but with a new single material.

    Cheers
