[William Edwards] “Is there a Blackmagic device similar to the Intensity that doesn’t have a Thunderbolt connection? Say, if I have a MacPro?

You can use the Intensity Pro which is a PCIe card.

    Hi William,

Yes, that will work. You can use the Dell like a regular component display via the Intensity Pro’s component analog output.

    Hi,

Yes, you can use it this way. Just make sure you’re running the latest software update available on our website.

You should be getting slightly more than 2 hours of runtime when just doing conversion.

    Hi Jochen,

First think to check is that you’re running the latest HyperDeck software. Download the HyperDeck utility from our support page, install it and then connect HyperDeck Shuttle to your computer via USB.

You should be prompted to update your HyperDeck Shuttle software if it is not up to date.

October 2, 2011 at 11:01 pm in reply to: Intensity Shuttle HDMI doesn’t work, component does

    Hi Will,

It will be helpful to let us know what you’re attempting to capture HDMI from. Some sources have HDCP enabled even if the content is your own and Intensity Shuttle will not see the HDMI signal in that instance.

    Hi Matthew,

We currently don’t support Avid which is why it won’t be seen in that application.

Can you check what version of the USB 3.0 host controller you have running?
