    Intensity to Dell

    Hello,

    I was wondering if I could hook up the Blackmagic Intensity to the Dell Ultrasharp U2410 24″ LCD monitor. I am going to be working on an SD feature, editing and coloring.

    Can I do that through the component connections?

    Hi William,

    Yes, that will work. You can use the Dell like a regular component display via the Intensity Pro’s component analog output.

    Is there a Blackmagic device similar to the Intensity that doesn’t have a Thunderbolt connection? Say, if I have a MacPro?

    You can use the Intensity Pro which is a PCIe card.
