Interesting. Color does have some dependencies on the graphics card installed. What graphics card do you guys have in your working and non-working systems? Maybe there’s some commonality there.

    Hi guys,

Please make sure you disable the video desktop feature,i.e. set it to “Black” and restart your computer. See if that helps.

    Hi Steve,

This is a result of using a graphics card that is underpowered.

    Hi Jim,

You’re using 2 different hardware to encode video and audio streams seperately. Since they will be running on different hardware clocks, I’m not surprised that you’re encountering A/V sync.

Anyway you can run the audio via the camera into Intensity Pro? That way, you’re just working on a single clock and the problem should go away.

    Hi Nick,

Thanks and that’s what I would expect from your setup as well. Basically, the 9400GT is just on the threshold of the performance required by UltrasScope and what you’re noticing with 1080i59.94 is a result of that. If you were to bump your graphics card up a notch to the 9600GT, this will go away.

    Hi Carlos,

Which Blackmagic Design product are you capturing with?

What version of drivers are you running now?

I’m pretty sure the HD-SDI output of the camera is in 59.94. Have you tried a 59.94 ProRes easy setup?

    Hi Leo,

UltraScope doesn’t monitor 2K but for 1080i59.94, you would want a graphics card that we have verified on our list here:
