For the second question, what is recorded from the data in the Stl file and thus read by the 3d printer is the spatial data of the points, edges, and polygons in the mesh, so the displacement and the bump that applies by the texture to the object you will not find any trace of it the Stl file because it is an appearance effect and has no real impact on the mesh data, so if you want such effect to appear in 3D printing, it must be intervened on the object through modeling, I hope this is useful to you.
