Garage band and Logic both have built drummers and a wide variety of instrument loops that can be used to construct song beds. Not a quick or easy as Soundtrack Pro but functional.

Yesterday I left the computer on and had Final Cut and preview. Came back and had an out of memory error. Haven’t had that in a while. Have 64gb.
Anyone else experience this?

I’m just a hobbyist, but I was not having much luck with Ventura and 10.6.10. Wheel of death and issues with some plugins. I had only recently upgraded to Ventura on my m1 studio. So far Sonoma is working better for me.

BorisFx Continuum has warping effects. Although, these remind me of the liquid effect in Photoshop. I did a few things in Photoshop extended CS6 but nothing this elaborate. It could be done but would be a lot of work.

Generally in my experience and, I’ve been installing macs for a school since 1997, you can install the earliest OS that in in use at the time of machine manufacture. Except in the case of new models being made for the upcoming OS. The most recent example was my 2017 5K iMac. The new disk format has made it more difficult.
