Or Nest the clips, and add the effect to the nest.

Adjust the anchor point.
1. Open the clip in the Effect Controls tab.
2. Click on the “Motion” parameter. The wireframe and anchor point will now be visible.
3. Adjust the anchor point controls to place it where you want.
4. Reframe the clip, as desired.Rotation, scale, etc. will be be affected according to the new anchor point.
