Well, to answer my own question… I had exported a wav file from Compressor from a FCP timeline. I had to take one channel of audio and make it mono from both speakers in FCP. It appears that Audition does not play well with that. I exported h.264 and it read it ok.

    Cheers

Hey perfect Edward! I am using multi core processing, so that must be it. Can’t check it now as I am off to Vegas for the weekend 🙂 But thank you very much for the reply.

    cheers,

    Wow, Aharon!

I have so much enjoyed your artistic point of view here at the cow. You have changed and helped my understanding of A.E. tremendously. I don’t post much here, just watch tutorials here and there and maybe answer or ask a question. It really has been a great ride. I hope to hear from you in the future! However don’t take anything away from your family time. That is important. Thanks for everything!!

    Sincerly,
    Kevin

Hey Jeff, thanks for that easy fix. Encore was reading it as standard(0.9) Its been a while since doing a widescreen project, and I thought Encore read it automatically back then. That did it, thanks again.

I believe what you are talking about is where its a 24p frame rate but a high shutter speed. Like the fight scenes in Gladiator. I dont know about doing it in post. What about changing the FPS in the composition to 15?

Thanks pete, I did find out that the motion tracker point 1 controls the anchor point of the video, and fixed the big problem, but the corner pin might help with nudging in the fine tuning. Thanks for the tip.

Oh, encore burned it properly after 2 other dvds were glitching. The third one works fine. Yes I used nero to make copys like I always do, and those had a different glitch, but still only in the logo portion, nothing else. So I am now burning all copys thru encore. Seems to be working. I only have to make 30 copys so not a big deal. Just was wondering why, if it is just an avi file would the anamation glitch, but not any actual video? Or is there an answer?

    thanks

Hmm I thought there might be an answer for this. My buddy’s computer does the same thing.
