Widescreen 24p
I filmed in 16:9 24pa with my DVX100b. The footage looks great after transfer. But when I export, after editing, it keeps on flashing from widescreen to 4:3 and unwatchable. If I export with 30 fps setting it seems ok. However then when I want to re-edit or burn to DVD there is a different jitter problem. Anyone ever experience this?
Oh, if I export in other pixel aspect ratios it doesnt jitter, it just looks downrezzed. (lost resolution) So I dont think its the 24p it seems to be only affected by the widescreen setting.

Hmm I thought there might be an answer for this. My buddy’s computer does the same thing.
