Ugh, photogrammetry is always such a mess. You may want to try and fix the mesh while you at it.
Is your goal to have thing like windows and glass to be transparent? Or is the transparency part of the “plastic” look you are going for?

I might attempt it by using the displacement channel on the glass material. I’ll give it a try later in the day and see what I can do.

It does not, there is still plenty of time needed to setup for lighting, shaders etc… regardless of the render engine you choose. I’d say grab some demos and see which one you like best, you’ll need a decent GPU.

You can tell the cloner to use a mesh as a surface to clone onto. Just drop you cloned object into it, then set it to object mode. Adjust “distribution”, “Volume Mode” and “Count” as you see fit.

Might be “Bloom” might be applying some colour correction. We’ll need some examples.

It seems like an issue with what you are viewing the render with. How do you view the animation after? Are you opening the video ( or sequence) in c4d to view it?
Sometimes you cannot re-write a file if it’s open, sometimes even if the preview is open in explorer/finder.
