If you can see the metadata panel showing a selected clip’s transcript then you should be able to copy the metadata text section and paste it into a document.

You’ll find the 24p cineframe is a 24p look embedded into a 60i (29.97) signal. Therefore not true 24p.
Try to export only a section you know looked bad in the 24p export as 60i and tell us if that looks way better…
On the flip side try to make a new seq set to true 24p and then add the seq as a nest to it then run a 24p export and compare the same section agains the 1at render.

Have u setup or changed the audio configuration in preferences. ASIO could be the type of in/out for audio. I run on MacBook pro and have never seen this issue. I’d say the answer lies in working out what the ASIO situation is… Good luck.

This kind of upscaling is done via expensive hardware. Software won’t get the same results, but try not using the distort effect. Try using the scale property of the clip.
Better yet, use AE to achieve your upscale and try to work with a codec that’s not compressed like animation MOV.
The repeated frames sounds like a frame per sec miss match. Check a rendered playback of the clip at 100% as the frame rate should be same and playback fine just small.

Are you sure the device control is turned on to DV/HDV? if it is set to none then you can’t control the desk via the capture interface bit if u press playback on the VTR vision and sound will come through without timecode as it’s not connected via device control.

What kind of footage are you working with? AVCHD? mp4? What camera was used?
Which type of workflow are u using for the slow mo? Speed/Duration or timeremapping?
I want to test this myself a I haven’t experienced this issue.

I multicam with the original audio lying under the nest. Open the nest select only the audio tracks by holding alt key and selecting then copy. Open the multicam edit with nest in it and paste the audio tracks in. Cut away.

Titles used in PPro are not translated into AE, which is why your replace with After Effects Composition doesn’t show it in the AE comp.
You will need to think about the PPro Titler as a placeholder or proxy that you will rebuild in AE if you want to do anything special with it.

Are you certain the interlacing of the media is matched in the timeline. What you are seeing in the source at 100% should reveal the interlacing, but it doesn’t appear to be showing any interlacing at all. The program monitor at 100% will show interlacing and you may be seeing the correct field information in Program Monitor and not in the source. You seem to be working in either Cs2 or CS3, I haven’t got them around atm (using CS4) so can’t see if it’s an expected behaviour in either of those versions.
It could be that the media is running in upper field and the timeline is using lower or the other way around creating an issue in the viewer.
Make sure both source and program are showing in High Quality. Draft will hide a field so the source may be in Draft Qualtiy…

That live tv technique is As simple as playback from
tape in directors box fed to the on set TVs, then crossing from set camera to the actual source playback via the switch board.
