I searched through the forum posts and found a couple of things regarding audio waveforms in nested sequences….but nothing to do with showing waveforms in a multicam sequence. It would be helpful if I could see my waveform during multicam editing so that cuts could be made at precise audio peaks.

So my question is: when you “enable” multicam on a nested sequence is it possible to see the waveform?

After setting up my multicam seq and enabling multicam…I hit enter and rendered the seq (line on top went from red to green) but still no waveform.

Multicam Production work is the core of my business, so figuring out how to do this would make everyday alot more of a joy…. :o) Thanks in advance!

    I am running:

    CS4
    Win7 home premium (64-bit)
    Core 2 quad
    8 gigs Corsair DDR2 RAM
    Nvidia GTX 260 video card

I multicam with the original audio lying under the nest. Open the nest select only the audio tracks by holding alt key and selecting then copy. Open the multicam edit with nest in it and paste the audio tracks in. Cut away.
