I just created a mogrt for a company and ran into the same problem as you. The best solution I came up with is to create a separate precomp for every line of text. It was the only way that gave me the ability to have different fonts and font sizes. Fortunately for me, I was just creating a lower third-so I only needed 3 precomps.

You could try animate your slider. Then “alt+click” on the position stopwatch to create an expression, press enter on the num keypad to close the expression editor. Right click on one of your keyframes, go to Keyframes Assistant and choose “Convert Expressions to Keyframes”. Every frame will get a keyframe, while all of those are still selected press “Cntl+Alt+H” to turn them into hold keyframes. This will add some jerkiness, then just delete some keyframes in places to make it jump a bit. If you want the slider to move a bit smoother, select areas of the keyframes where you want it to be smoother and “cntl+click” the keyframes to turn them back to Linear Keyframes.

Are you getting any errors after you render. Does the 4 second video play or is it corrupted?

When I do animations like that. I create my models in a precomp. I will give them a walk cycle, but without any position or scale keyframes. Then I take my model precomp and put it into my final composition. Then you can do move(position) the model across the ramp and adjust the scale. I made a quick example of the hierarchy you can see in the example file.

Highlight your final composition, then from the Menu Bar(PC, not sure the Apple equivalent), go to File/Dependencies/Remove Unused Footage. This will get rid of anything that is not associated with the Final Comp. All precomps and precomps in precomps that contain assets will be fine.

Word of advice, save before you do this. Then do an incremental save after…just in case. Also, if see that too much has been deleted, you can cntl+z to undo the Remove Footage action.

Looks like a Bevel and Emboss layer style was added to the 7. You can find that feature under Layer/Layer Styles. Then adjust to taste.

You text box indicates you are using Times New Roman, that font doesn’t have the correct glyphs you need to paste the text. Change your font to one that has the correct characters. You may need to use multiple fonts if it’s in English and Amharic.

What technique/effect are you using to reveal your word? If it’s ‘write-on’, You need to change the paint style to “Reveal Original Image.”
