Can I go back and do that in the original location? Not sure exactly what you mean about creating a profile ahead of time. I’ve not had the chance to read through the manual yet but will today when I get a moment. Thanks again.

Thanks John I will be sure to do that. The footage was from a camerman I hired so I am the editor. The final desire is multiple usage, Tv ads, Web, DVD, and other promos. As always I appreciate the great help.

Thanks John…I’ve contacted him to make the changes. You said that the ProRes422 codec can be read but not edited. Does that mean it will have to be converted yet again for editing? Thanks for the help.
If you right click on the media in the time line it will tell you where the file is supposed to be and what the name is. Do a system search for the file name in Windows.
We’re all here to help each other..so let’s try to be respectful to everyone. We have all been at the level someone else is at one time or another. Let’s not make this like the other forums out there.
Did you find the answer to your problem? There were no pictures to view.
If I understand you correctly you have created a menu page with chapters from your timeline and then replaced the background with a still picture of grass. It plays ok in the preview but not in a burned disc.
Can you give a little more info as to what you did?
