Export the the audio only as a AIF or WAV file. Then bring it back in to Premiere and sync it on its own track in the sequence. Mute all the other audio tracks, then export your video with audio.

It looks like it might be a frame rate conversion issue, from 23.98 to 29.97, where it is adding frames to your motion causing it stutter.

AE and PS take an image at their original resolution, for example 300dpi, when you bring an image into Premiere it converts the image to video resolution, 72dpi. It is interpreting the noise in the image as best it can for video, which is not very pretty. One solution might be to do some noise reduction on the images before they get to Premiere.

Use the time-code effect, export the clip from the sequence, bring the clip back in to Premiere and reverse the speed.

Premiere is just pointing to that one frame in that one file on your drive. When you do a Frame Hold and stretch it out Premiere is not generating an new video file. It’s saying, for every point on the timeline (of your new stretched clip) refer to this one particular fame in the file. The fact that you are able to nest that clip and do any kind of key-framing on it at all is probably a fluke that needs to be eliminated or developed to behave as you are trying to use it. Let’s hope for the latter.
Again the easiest option and least frustrating might be to export the stretched clip, import it back into the project, then animate.

In its computer mind Premiere is still seeing and treating that as one frame, it just continually references/plays that one frame over and over in the timeline for whatever length of time you specified (stretched). To add animation to it you need to export from the timeline the stretched out part and then import it back into the project.

The audio needs to be modified before the clips are put into a sequence. After they are in the timeline the channels are locked.

This is from C-Net and it works for getting the full path name as text that can be copied, if that helps.
“Open a new Finder window by pressing Command-N, and then press Shift-Command-G to reveal the Go to Folder panel for the new window. Then drag a target file from another window to the Go to Folder text field, where it will be converted to a full text path that you can select and copy.”
