    Hi,

New to learning premier pro. how much months roughly it will take to develop skillset to produce videos using premier pro?

also can you help me in breaking down learning curve in premier pro. how should I approach? primarily going to learn from youtube and other internet sources which are available free. and I dont mind using plugins. as of now I want to get into quick production of good quality videos.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Partha

What do you already know? As in other editing software. For example, if you know FCP “classic” the transition is easiest. Do you just have Premiere Pro or other Adobe apps, as well, like After Effects? When you say “produce videos”, I presume you are already comfortable with the production side of dealing with cameras and moving media into your editing system. Or is that new as well?

sorry for the confusion. by videos I was referring to animation videos, not the ones dealing with cameras. I am new to any video editing software as such. Just a beginner with after effects. would need premiere pro for bringing transition effects and what else I would need I have to work out and see
