If you went back into the original file did it only have one layer? Was it called “background?” If so, there wouldn’t be an alpha channel unless you created one.

1. Check to see if it has been minimized and is in the Dock.
2. Did you accidentally close the project? Try creating a new one and see if the canvas comes back.

Check you canvas settings. Have you scaled down to 0? Have you moved the contents or the layer off to one side? Have you applied a composite mode? Are you looking at the RGB color channels? Did you accidentally disable (turn off) the layer or the elements?

Are the letters of the text on text layers in the PS file?
Are you using a layer mask or a single alpha channel in the file?

Create some sort of animating shape and apply the DISTORT > MIRROR filter. You can also control the angle of reflection but the default is a vertical mirror through the center.

Check out Adobe.com for Flash stuff. They have a “Studio” site with tutorials and all kinds of useful info.
I don’t have experience on web-targeted video so I can only point you where I’d look.

You can make the blue transparent by using a chroma keyer.
You can then take the composition and nest it into another composition and use a channels tool to show only the red channel, or you could use transfer modes to color the layer using a red layer on top of the object.

Look at apps like ToonBoom Studio, Bauhaus Mirage, or Anime Studio Pro.
Some people even use 3D apps that have a non-photo realistic shader for output that looks 2D.

Have you considered creating this as an HD DVD in DVD Studio Pro and running off the computer using the built-in full screen DVD player software?
