    1. Make a duplicate layer of the body shape.
    2. Select the body shape area and fill with black.
    3. Do an Edit > Transform > Shear to set the black at a diagonal
    4. Blur to taste the far end of the shape.
    5. Move the layer directly below the original body shape.

    “Based on…” means you’ve tweaked that template’s settings for that render. You would have to go into the templates menu and save the settings as a new template.

    Are you watching the DVD in a software player or a set-top box on a TV?

    What sort of movement and horizontal lines are in the frames that jitter?
