OK, I see your point now. It is a valid point, however I never assume an uninstallation will behave as you say it should. I always store vital scripts & plugins on a separate disk as the whole main disk can (and has/will) fail. Sorry if you lost anything, and sorry for our confusion.

Don’t ever put your project files in the target folder for the program. The uninstall simply deletes the folder it thinks was used for that program. Simply use a separate folder for project files.

I think in general there is a bug in the undo stack processing as I’ve had VP11 crash or ignore undo commands (for other operations than pan/crop).

There is no need at all for Cineform for Canon 5D footage, Vegas will edit it natively. Output as 1280x720p using Sony AVC to upload to Vimeo.

I think it will work, it keys off of unique sounds, like someone yelling or a rink door shutting, etc. If there are just generic background noises, or the cameras are not near the same source, it might be an issue. But again, help it out by putting each camera on its own track and splitting it into manageable segments at a time.

It works really well. I use the settings that say “Events are in chronological order” (and they are), and “Try really hard”. You sometimes need to simplify the timeline by just using segments you are working on one at a time, otherwise it can get confused. But I’ve also had it sync dozens of events from 4 cameras for a full 1hr wedding. It also helps sometimes to normalize the audio first.

Wrinkles only matter if they cause shadows. Your background isn’t very green to begin with, probably due to improper lighting and talent distance separation, as Mike mentioned. I was able to get something out of this, see attached screenshots.
