  • trying to find work arounds. If I export from media encoder as AAC audio it imports, but mpeg and dolby audio do not import. In fact if I export from media encoder one of those formats, the file audio will not play on my system. any suggestions?

  • Having the same issue. Came in this morning and it looks like my adobe suite was updated while I was on Vaca. Everything I import has no audio. Only the video is able to be imported. tried clearing cache. anyone find a solution?

You guys were correct. Apparently I applied the effect to multiple clips in the BIN and not the Timeline. Clicking on the clip in the timeline did not show the effect, but if I selected them in the BIN the effect was there and could be deleted.

And thanks for the Zoom shortcuts!

I have seen this error when I try to use a clip that has competing audio tracks. Like two Audio 1’s and two Audio 2’s. I would open the clip in Edit Suite and hit the Track mapping button. Check to see if you have competing audio tracks.

I ended up dumping all my preferences for AJA, Media 100, and After effects. Not sure what one was the offender, but it is back to normal. I can have them all open at the same time and switch freely through them.

I have “Updated”. I can see no difference. Everything is working ok.

Sure would be nice if an upgrade/update included more than just AJA support updates. Disappointed, but not surprised.

Interesting. What I was told by a M100 rep is the opposite of what you report… although we may have different ideas on what “maintain” means. I want more than just new AJA drivers.

I say keep bitching Warren, don’t let M100 die off quietly.

Well said. I feel your pain, I do not want to move to another system… but I have to guess the future and do what is right for my company. From where I’m standing, the future of M100 does not look so good.

That is exactly where I’m at. I can’t justify having my company buy software that was great , but is not going to be doing any upgrades other than supporting new aja drivers. I have to look at the future… sadly that does not look to have M100 in it for me.
