Hey, no prob. Glad it worked for you. You have just learned how to Low-rez->Hi-rez a project (or offline-online; conform; Uprez; whatever the kids are calling it these days). the only thing you would do different is change your sequence settings to DV50, 8-bit, or 10-bit, whatever you choose to use as an ‘online’ codec. Also, Joe Murray is right, if you decide to use this method, be vary wary of effects, transitions, and super wary of speed effects and nested items. It is wise to unnest your nested items, and you can get around the speed effect problems if you put the original unaffected clip on the timeline in it’s entirety at the end of your program. If you sped up a clip a 10 second clip 80% and the clip is now 2 seconds long, be sure to put the original 10 second clip on your timeline before you do the media managing.

PS Be patient with the Media 100 to FCP migration. once you learn FCP you will be totally fine and moving much faster than media 100.
